Industrial titanium, electrochemical and hydrogen applications

Application-First Industry Hub

Titanium, Electrochemical & Hydrogen Solutions by Industry

Start with the operating environment, process conditions and project evidence—not a generic product list. HELE reviews titanium anodes, cathodic-protection products, PEM systems and titanium materials against the actual application.

Buyer Decision

Industry Is the Starting Point—not the Specification

Two buyers in the same industry may need different products. The decision starts with the process, medium, electrical conditions, material requirements, drawings and evidence needed for approval.

Solution Families

Three Routes, Selected by the Application

HELE's business is organized around titanium anodes and electrochemical solutions, PEM electrolyzer systems, and titanium materials and fabrication. Industry context helps route the inquiry; technical parameters determine the quotation.

Solution Family 1

Titanium Anodes & Electrochemical Solutions

For water treatment, electrochlorination, cathodic protection, marine systems, electroplating, electrowinning and other defined electrochemical processes.

Decision basis: Application, electrolyte, current density, temperature, geometry and target life must be reviewed together.

Solution Family 2

PEM Electrolyzer Systems

For research, pilot, OEM integration and industrial hydrogen projects where system boundary and performance evidence can be defined.

Decision basis: Hydrogen flow, pressure, purity, power, water quality, cooling, controls and documentation must be confirmed for the selected scope.

Solution Family 3

Titanium Materials & Fabrication

For OEMs and equipment builders sourcing titanium material forms, machined components and drawing-based fabricated parts.

Decision basis: Grade, standard, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, drawing revision, inspection and delivery requirements drive the route.

RFQ Routing

Send the Parameters That Control the Decision

A useful first review does not require every answer, but unknown items should be identified rather than guessed.

Titanium Anode / Electrochemical RFQ

  • ✓Application and electrochemical reaction
  • ✓Electrolyte composition and concentration
  • ✓pH, temperature and operating mode
  • ✓Current, current density and power conditions
  • ✓Electrode dimensions, geometry and connection
  • ✓Target service life and failure concern

PEM Electrolyzer RFQ

  • ✓Required hydrogen flow and purity
  • ✓Outlet pressure and operating profile
  • ✓Power source and renewable integration
  • ✓Feed-water quality and treatment boundary
  • ✓Cooling, environment and control requirements
  • ✓Stack or complete-system supply scope and documents

Titanium Material / Fabrication RFQ

  • ✓Grade, standard and product form
  • ✓Dimensions, tolerances and surface condition
  • ✓Controlled drawing or specification revision
  • ✓Quantity, project stage and expected repeat demand
  • ✓Machining, forming or welding requirements
  • ✓MTC, inspection, third-party review and destination

Evidence Boundary

Industry Relevance Is Not Automatic Qualification

Material certificates, dimensional inspection, coating or performance records, FAT, third-party inspection and other documents are only meaningful when they match the applicable legal entity, product, batch, model, method and order scope.

  • ✓Confirm certificate and report availability before order placement
  • ✓Separate manufacturer records from mill, laboratory and third-party documents
  • ✓Do not generalize one model, batch or case to an entire product family
  • ✓Record drawings, revisions, acceptance criteria and issuing responsibility
Technical documentation and project review

From Inquiry to Qualified Scope

  1. 1. Identify the application. Define the process, equipment or asset.
  2. 2. Capture operating inputs. Record chemistry, electrical, mechanical or hydrogen requirements.
  3. 3. Route the inquiry. Select anode, PEM or titanium material/fabrication review.
  4. 4. Confirm evidence. Agree tests, reports, inspection and approval responsibilities.
  5. 5. Release the quotation scope. Record inclusions, exclusions, schedule basis and delivery terms.

Project-Specific Sectors

Additional Titanium Applications Require Qualification Review

These sectors can involve titanium, but sector-specific approval, special processes and regulatory evidence must be verified before HELE capability is presented as qualified.

Aerospace & Lightweight Engineering

Aerospace & Lightweight Engineering

Titanium material and custom-component inquiries can be reviewed against the drawing, grade, process and inspection scope. Aerospace approval, special-process qualification and customer-specific supplier requirements must be verified separately.

Industry FAQ

Questions Before Product Selection

How should I choose the right HELE product family for my industry?+

Start with the application and operating conditions. The same industry may require an electrochemical anode, a cathodic-protection component, a PEM system or a titanium material and fabrication route. The technical inputs determine the appropriate scope.

Does an industry listing mean every product is already qualified for that sector?+

No. An industry listing indicates potential relevance. Final suitability, certification, process qualification, documentation and customer approval remain product- and project-specific.

Can HELE recommend an anode coating from the industry name alone?+

No. Coating and electrode configuration require the electrolyte, pH, temperature, current density, geometry, operating mode and target service life.

What information is needed for a PEM electrolyzer discussion?+

Provide hydrogen flow, purity, pressure, power source, water quality, cooling, environment, control, supply boundary, required documents and project schedule.

Can HELE support titanium materials and custom fabricated parts?+

Titanium material forms and drawing-based custom parts can be reviewed. Grade, standard, dimensions, tolerances, quantity, process ownership, inspection and documents must be confirmed for the quotation.

Which quality documents are available?+

Depending on the product and agreed order scope, available records may include material documents, dimensional inspection, coating or performance records, certificates of conformity, packing documents or third-party reports. Availability must be confirmed before order placement.
